Designs
Great design isn’t decoration — it’s communication. Every visual we create is built with purpose: to reflect your brand, engage your audience, and make you impossible to ignore.
About This Service
For brands that want to look as good as the work they actually do.
Design is the first thing people judge you on — before they read a word. A mismatched logo, inconsistent colours, or dated marketing materials can quietly cost you clients who never even reach out.
Whether you’re starting from scratch, refreshing an existing identity, or need a steady stream of social media and print graphics that actually look on-brand — this is where that changes.
We combine colour theory, typography, and 18+ years of brand-building experience to create visuals that communicate your value before you say a word.
What You Walk Away With
Design that works as hard as you do.
Every design project is about more than aesthetics — it’s about creating a visual language your audience immediately connects with and your competitors can’t replicate.
01
A visual identity built as a system, not just a logo
Colours, typography, and design elements that work together consistently — so every touchpoint from your website to your business card feels unmistakably yours.
02
Design that reflects your standard, not a template
Custom-crafted to your brand — not pulled from a stock template someone else has already used. Every visual decision is made with your business and audience in mind.
03
Social media graphics that stop the scroll
Platform-optimised social designs — posts, stories, covers and ads — that look consistent, professional, and are ready to publish without further editing.
04
Print-ready files, delivered correctly
Every print design is delivered in the right format, at the correct resolution and colour mode — so what you see on screen is exactly what comes off the press.
05
All source files and brand assets handed over
You own everything we create. Final files are delivered in all formats — print, digital, and editable source files — so you’re never dependent on us to use your own brand.
06
A brand guide to keep things consistent
A clear reference document covering your colours, fonts, logo usage, and design principles — so anyone working on your brand in the future gets it right, every time.
The Process
How we make it.
A clear, collaborative process from first brief to final files — so every design decision is intentional, approved, and exactly what you need.
01
Phase 1
Brief and Discovery
We start by understanding your business, audience, competitors, and what you want the design to achieve. A clear brief means every design decision has a reason behind it — not just an aesthetic preference.
- Brand questionnaire and discovery conversation
- Reference gathering — what you like and don't like
- Audience, tone, and personality defined
- Scope, deliverables, and timeline confirmed
02
Phase 2
Concept and Design
We present initial design concepts for your review — typically 2–3 directions for brand projects, or a first draft for single-piece work. You provide feedback and we refine until it’s exactly right.
- Initial concepts presented with rationale
- Revision rounds included as standard
- Colour, typography, and layout explored fully
- Your sign-off before we proceed to finals
03
Phase 3
Finalise and Deliver
Once approved, we prepare all final files in every format you need — print-ready, web-optimised, and fully editable. Everything is organised, named clearly, and delivered in a way that’s easy to use immediately.
- Final files in all required formats (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG, JPG
- Print files at correct resolution and colour mode (CMYK)
- Digital files optimised for screen and web use
- Brand guide document included for identity projects

FAQ
Questions you probably have.
If yours isn’t here, just reach out — we’re happy to answer anything before you commit to a single thing.
We work primarily in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop for print and brand work, and Canva for digital and UI-related design. All source files are delivered in the software they were created in, so you always have fully editable originals.
It depends on the scope. A logo and brand identity typically takes 2–3 weeks. A single-piece design like a brochure or social media template set takes 3–7 working days. We’ll give you a clear timeline in your proposal before we start.
Revision rounds are included as standard in every project — the exact number depends on the scope and is confirmed in your proposal. We’d rather get it right than rush it. If you need additional rounds beyond what’s included, we’ll let you know the cost upfront before proceeding.
You’ll receive your final designs in all the formats you need — typically PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG for logos; CMYK PDFs for print work; and editable source files (AI, PSD, or Figma) so you always own and can edit your assets.
Absolutely. If you have an existing brand identity, we work within it to ensure everything we design stays consistent with your established look and feel. Just share your brand guide or existing assets when you get in touch and we’ll work from there.
Yes. Many of our clients work with us on a monthly retainer for consistent social media graphics — a set number of posts, stories, or ad creatives each month. This keeps your feed looking professional and on-brand without you having to think about it. Ask us about our monthly design packages.
Yes — we offer logo design as a standalone service. However, we always recommend pairing it with at least a basic brand identity (colours and typography) so your logo has the context it needs to work consistently across different applications.
